A manually edited degradation of Lorem ipsum, just for fun. Also, see a screenshot of a posted-postcard game asset I made this week for an adventure game.

SNDFIX.EXE - Dinopark Tycoon (1993) DOS audio repack

gamedevjeff

Patch to update the original Dinopark Tycoon (1993) DOS sound effects with lower volumes to avoid being unpleasantly loud. I rebalanced them with ffmpeg, while retaining the original lo-fi quality. The patch executable is a self-extracting archive made with Yoshi's LZA.EXE because the files don't need precision byte-edits with this sort of patch. The patch runs in DOSBox from the game directory. I edited in some NOPs and a STC with a hex editor (hexl-mode in emacs) to make the self-extracting archive auto-overwrite existing files when run.
